It means if your bounce rate exceeds 5% with emails from Findymail, we refund your credits. No questions asked. We can make this guarantee because we verify emails in real-time — at the moment you request them — not from databases scraped months ago. We check syntax, spam traps, SMTP handshake, and catch-all deliverability before calling an email valid.
About 30% of B2B domains use catch-all configuration — their mail server accepts emails to any address on the domain, whether it exists or not. When you verify [email protected], the server replies "yes, it exists" even if no one monitors that inbox.
Standard email verification can't tell if catch-all addresses are real or will bounce, so most providers mark them as "risky" or "unknown" and recommend skipping them. That means losing almost one third of your addressable market.
